Friday, April 25th – Topsfield to Boston Ride at Noon (shuttle bus leaving from Paul Revere Park at 10:30 am) – SOLD OUT
Join the ECG staff, board, members, & volunteers for a 39-mile ride from Topsfield to Boston on the East Coast Greenway. The ride starts at noon with the option of a 10:30 am bus shuttle to Topsfield from Boston’s Paul Revere Park. Register here. The ride is sold out. Detailed Ride Schedule:
10:30 am – Meet at Paul Revere Park’s North Bank Bridge (east side) for sign-in + shuttle/ box truck storage for bikes (bus seats are limited so get your tickets today!). Please note that there is no public parking at Paul Revere Park.
11am-11:30 am – Shuttle from Paul Revere Park to Topsfield
11:30 am – Noon – sign-in at Topsfield start location (Topsfield Village on Main Street in front of the “Bicycle Shop” parking lot – SEE MAP)
**If you are planning on driving to Topsfield please note that there will be NO return bus shuttle service from Boston to Topsfield. This is a one way trip. Parking in Topsfield is available at Topsfield Village in front of the “Bicycle Shop” or across the street in the parking lot on Park Street.**
Noon-4:30 pm – Ride from Topsfield to Boston (Map and Cue Sheets can be found here)
4:30 pm – End ride at Paul Revere Park & North Bank Bridge. Stay for photos!
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm– Join the ECG for a reception at the John Hancock building located at 601 Congress Street, 4th floor, in Boston’s historic Seaport District. All bike ride participants will automatically be registered for the reception.
Just interested in attending the reception? Registration is free for members and $20 for non-members (which goes towards an annual ECG membership). Registration is required so please visit the registration site and select the “reception only” option if you are not joining the bike ride.
Parking is available all around the building but not affiliated with the John Hancock. All parking requires payment and only accepts credit cards.
Please attend our bi-annual State of the Greenway Summit for regional updates on route development and an opportunity to hear guest speakers, Nicole Freedman (Boston Bikes), David Watson (MassBike), and Wendy Landman (Walk Boston) . Learn about some of the exciting initiatives Boston and the State of Massachusetts have developed to encourage more active lifestyles.
