David Lutz, a Brooklyn resident, is a founder of the ECGA, has been on its board since its inception, and is Chair of the ECGA NY State Committee. Having assisted with the creation of a plan for NYC's 350-mile network of greenways, David is currently Executive Director of the Neighborhood Open Space Coalition where he advocates for implementation of the NYC greenway system. Dave is an outspoken advocate for NYC's public space system, working to improve the urban environment through greening efforts and green transportation initiatives. He is an active community gardener and boater in NYC, as well as a long-term bicycle commuter. |
