Kathryn (Kitty) Carter Kitty joined the Alliance in May 2001 as Office Manager. She spent most of the prior 15 years with the South County (RI) YMCA as office manager and Membership Services Director. Among her responsibilites there were creating quarterly newsletters, administrating the Y's financial aid program, and management of payroll. With the ECGA, she has assumed responsibility for Membership Services, purchasing, basic office functions, and database maintenance. Among the activities Kitty enjoys in her spare time are cycling and running, and she has participated in several triathlons. She lives with her family in Wakefield, RI.
