Introduction
As part of its mission to promote public use of the Greenway, the ECGA has produced interactive maps and accompanying cue sheets for northbound and southbound travel. These free tools guide users along the East Coast Greenway and inform travelers about trail surfaces, nearby amenities, trail-related services and more. Because additional ECG segments are scheduled for construction and improvements to existing segments must be accommodated, users may encounter construction-related changes and/or detours while using the Greenway. Every effort is made to provide the most current route information available on this web-based user interface. We encourage you to send us your discoveries and insights regarding the route to our cartographer or to: ECGA, 27 North Road, Wakefield, RI 02879.

Disclaimer

The specified trails and road routes are not a guarantee of safety and have not been rated by the East Coast Greenway Alliance. The East Coast Greenway Alliance does not own, operate or maintain any of the trails and routes shown herein. By compilation and distribution of this travel information, the East Coast Greenway Alliance and its assignees assume no responsibility of any nature for damages or injuries to persons or property arising out of or resulting from travel on the East Coast Greenway, and accordingly disclaim any and all liability on its part for such damages or injuries, should they occur.

Route Conditions
Completed off-road trail segments of the East Coast Greenway are generally suited for users of all abilities, although trail surfacing materials and other conditions may pose challenges for some users. If in doubt about the suitability of individual segments, consult with the local trail management agency.

On-road interim routes are suitable for use by experienced adult cyclists. They are not recommended for use by children or inexperienced cyclists due to traffic speeds and volumes, as well as variable pavement conditions and the presence or absence of paved shoulders and/or designated bicycle lanes.
