Saturday, July 18th, 2015:  Ribbon-cutting event at 10am celebrating the completion of a new 2.3 miles of South Hampton Roads Trail. August 22, 2015 – Join the ECGARainbow Bicycle and the Maine Cycling Club for the 2nd Annual East Coast Greenway Lewiston Bike Festival. This is a fun ride intended for beginner/moderate cyclists. Experienced cyclists are welcome but warned that we will be traveling at touring speed. The ride includes both 30 and 60 mile loop options, a scavenger hunt & prizes from local businesses, and experienced ride leaders & mechanics. Register today!

October 2-3, 2015: Save the date for the grand opening of the complete Virginia Capital Trail! A ribbon-cutting will be held October 2nd in Richmond, VA. On Saturday, October 3rd events will be occurring on different segments along the entire trail. More details to come!
