ECGA Annual Members' Meeting
November 4th, 2006

Come celebrate with us as we commemorate our 15th Anniversary!
All interested members are welcome

Time: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Location: The Maryland Room on the 21st Floor of the Baltimore World Trade Center in Baltimore, MD.
Attendees are welcome to stay as our guests for a dinner reception immediately following the meeting from 6:00 to 9:00

Due to building entry restrictions, you must RSVP if you plan to attend!

This year's meeting will be a brief Business Meeting to vote on new Board members and bylaws.
However, members are welcome to attend our day-long Trail Council meeting, which will be held on Saturday, November 4th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the same location.

Events

  • Friday afternoon, 2 PM: Visit Planet Walk, an art installation along the B&A Trail! Meet for this guided tour at 2PM at the BWI Amtrak Station. The tour will end at the John Overstreet Connector ceremony. If you would like to join us, RSVP by Thursday, November 2nd at noon.
  • A guided bike tour of the BWI trail and B&A Trail will happen on Friday, November 3rd. It will end at Sawmill Creek Park at 3 PM. Starting time coming soon...
  • Friday afternoon, 3 PM: Join us as we unveil the trail signs for the new John Overstreet Connector! This trail, connecting the BWI and B&A trails, is being renamed in honor of John Overstreet, a most revered and dedicated Maryland volunteer. Download the details.
  • Self-guided tour: Visit the Gwynn's Falls Trail! This trail begins in downtown Baltimore and is great for a walk or a ride. Download the trail guide here.
  • Saturday night dinner - ECGA 15th Anniversary Gala Celebration! To be held at 7:00 in the WTC Maryland Room.

Light Rail Schedule
The Baltimore are light rail runs from 6 AM to 11 PM Monday-Saturday, and from 11 AM to 7 PM on Sunday.

Option #2.
A Motel 6 is located about one mile off the light rail to Baltimore, offering an easy way to get to and from the meetings.
