There are several ways to sponsor miles:
1. BY MAIL
Print out this page, fill in the form, and mail to the above address either with a check enclosed or with the credit card information filled in.
2. BY FAX
Print this page, fill out the form, and fax it to us with the credit card information filled in.
3. BY PHONE
Simply call the Alliance's office at (401) 789-4625 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday-Friday, with your MasterCard or Visa in hand.
