- 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM Board Strategic Planning session. Location: Appalachian Mountain Club headquarters, second floor, 5 Joy St. By invitation only
- 10 AM - 4 PM Trail Staff Meeting. Boston City Hall. By invitation only
- 4:30 - 6 PM Walking, including a segment along the new Rose Kennedy Greenway. Meet in front of Appalachian Mountain Club, 5 Joy st.
- 6 - 7 PM Reception. New Boston Fund, 60 State St., Suite 1500. By invitation only.
- 7 PM - on Dinner on your own in Faneuil Hall Market area
- Saturday: Trail Council and Members Meeting
- 9:00 AM Continental Breakfast served prior to Trail Council Meeting at Boston Public Library
- 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM Trail Council Meeting, Boston Public Library. Box lunch provided.
- 3:30 - 4:30 PM Annual Members meeting, including Ambassador Recognition Program. RSVP by October 23.
- 7 PM Reception and dinner ($15.00 cash or check at the door + cash bar) at Cheers. 84 Beacon Street. RSVP by October 23.
- Sunday: Board of Trustees Meeting; Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, 8th Floor Conference Room, 243 Charles Street, Boston.
- 8:30 AM Breakfast at Mass Eye & Ear. Room TBD. By invitation only
- 9 AM - 3 PM Board of Trustees Meeting. Lunch served.
