From our executive director: A more accessible Greenway

bond park with signs
Greenway enthusiasts of all ages use the trails at Bond Park in Cary, N.C. Several greenways, part of the burgeoning trail network in the Triangle area, converge at the park.

The mission of our organization is to make the East Coast Greenway more accessible to the tens of millions of people living in our corridor by increasing our route's safety and convenience. And our work doesn't stop with physical infrastructure. Our mission includes building awareness of the Greenway and making information about the route more accessible to everyone.

That's why we just completed a website redesign. We want you, your family, and your friends to be able to find information about the Greenway quickly and easily. We want you to learn about places you can visit on the Greenway, about ways you can get involved to make the Greenway even better in your region, and exciting details about programs and activities going on near you (including the East Coast River Relay this fall!).

Please take a look through the website and share your feedback. And let's keep moving this great organization and project forward to foster a healthy, sustainable, and prosperous tomorrow!
