Philadelphia, PA: Bike or Walk to Bartram's Garden for Kayaking and Tree Planting

The 4.5-mile bike ride to Bartram's Garden will begin at 9 am. 

Ride Start: Schuylkill Banks Palapa, just uphill from Paine's Park along the Schuylkill River Trail (Philadelphia, PA 19130)

Ride End: Bartram's Garden Visitor Parking Lot (5400 Lindbergh Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19143)

After the ride, we'll walk through the Bartram's Meadow to the Bartram's Community Boathouse for a kayak paddle at 10 am. After the paddle we'll plant Franklinia trees.

RSVP right away at our Eventbrite link as spaces for the ride are limited.

Participants can also walk to Bartram's with the local host group, Freewalkers, who will also be leading the Freedom Walk following this event. For more information on the Freedom Walk, click here.
