From our executive director: Taking stock of our progress, focusing on New England this spring

I hope you enjoy the new Annual Report as much as I do. With such a tangible project, you can really see the progress we are all making from Maine to Florida. Last year we designated 22 new segments in 9 states and managed the biggest program in our history with the 57-event, 6,300-person River Relay that brought the Greenway to life. Last year was a great foundation for a 2018 full of impact.

This spring  we have a special focus on our northernmost region as we host our New England Bike Walk Summit in Boston for the first time with hopes to inspire, educate, and strengthen partnerships across the region. We also are excited to hire the next great New England Coordinator in the weeks ahead. The deadline to apply to the job posting is April 30. We'd love all interested leaders to put their hat in the ring.

See you on the Greenway, in Boston or beyond!

Dennis

Together, let's grow the Greenway

Recent record-setting funding for design and construction goes directly to building the East Coast Greenway - as it should. The East Coast Greenway Alliance needs your support to continue our advocacy work that is fueling completion of the Greenway. The Alliance has a sustained track record of turning every dollar donated to our nonprofit into $100 in public infrastructure investment. Invest today and support the growth of the East Coast Greenway from Maine to Florida.
